We currently offer free standard courier shipping to local customers on orders above SGD$100 (in a single purchase). However, the total order must amount above SGD$100 after discount excluding shipping charges.

We offer a fixed rate depending on the size and weight of the items by our courier.
Green Chef Singapore engages door-to-door delivery courier services.
Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses for one order.
All orders via Singapore Express Courier Shipping will take 2 — 5 working days to be delivered to you. Delivery will take place anytime depending on the courier service.
Delivery can take place anytime between 9 am — 6 pm as there is no time slot delivery available.
Please note that some courier service may not be able to do deliveries in areas with security restrictions such as Army Camps, immigration areas within Changi Airport and some off-shore islands.
Shipping & Delivery Terms & Conditions
All local orders will be dispatch from the warehouse on the next working day of your order.
For example, if you order on Tuesday, it will be dispatched on Wednesday.
If you order on Friday, your order will be dispatched on the following week Monday.
Parcels are handled and delivered by courier services within Singapore. We are unable to guarantee delivery of your order within a specific time frame; however please do allow 2 — 5 working days for delivery within Singapore. In the event that a part of your purchases is unavailable and removed from your order regardless of any reasons, the shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Do note that there will be no shipping reimbursement in the event of refunds and exchanges.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us. You can then arrange an alternate delivery address.
In the event that your package is returned to our warehouse due to multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect/incomplete/invalid shipping address, relevant shipping charges will be requested to facilitate the re-shipment of your package.
In the event where delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the parcel to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
(1) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
(2) no longer make the parcel available for delivery or collection.
