Fabric Care Instructions
1. Laundry Tips- Wash in cold or warm water (less than 40°C) using a gentle cycle to prevent shrinking and preserve the denim’s colour.
- Use a mild detergent specifically designed for dark colours or denim.
- Turn the denim inside out before washing to protect the surface and reduce fading.
- Do not use bleach, as it can cause discolouration and weaken the fabric.
- Stick to colour-safe detergents if extra cleaning power is needed.
3. Softener
- Use fabric softener sparingly, as excessive use can reduce the denim’s natural sturdiness.
- Consider skipping fabric softener to maintain the authentic texture of the denim.
4. Pilling Prevention
- Wash denim with other heavy fabrics to reduce friction and prevent pilling.
- Avoid overloading the washing machine, as this can cause excessive wear on the denim.
5. Minimising Wrinkles
- Remove the denim promptly from the washer and reshape it before drying.
- Air dry or tumble dry on low to medium heat to prevent shrinkage and minimise wrinkles.
- Iron on a low to medium (max 150°C) setting while the denim is slightly damp for a smooth finish.
